Our Parent & Tot class introduces children to gymnastics under the supervision of a certified coach with the assistance of their parent who participates in various gym activities. The safe, controlled class offers structure and fun programs that begin the development of coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and basic gymnastics skills. The development of these skills will enhance your child's self-confidence and their social skills.
